Saturday, 8/30/08 Report

Today was the best day of fluking in over a week. It wasn't great, but it was definitely a major improvement. Made our first drift of the day in the Reach Channel and had good fishing for the first half of the trip with a good number of keepers coming over the rail, however it wouldn't last. The fluking turned off and the bluefish invasion began. Blues up to 8 and 9 pounds were plentiful, and the fluke did not bite for the remainder if the trip.
