Even with wind against tide conditions, the fishing was good today. Finding keepers was another story. Some anglers fared better than others, but most found it hard to put fish in their buckets. We had a tide change after noon, and the fishing became more consistent with some good sized fish being caught. Back-to-back 6 pound fluke were caught side by side by Al Skowronski and Herbie Pumarejo. Overall, it was a good day of fishing, not keeping. Today's high hook had 5 keepers, and Herbie "The Sea Robin King" Pumarejo won today's pool with a 6 pound fish.
