Not a bad day. A little cold, but that's April in New Jersey. We left the dock and anchored up outside of our harbor. Had incoming tide till 11:30, and the water temperature was 46 degrees. Caught a couple right away, and had a pick until the tide stopped running. Made a small move to set up for the outgoing water, and picked for the remainder of the trip. Gary Thompson lead the way with 7 flounder. We did see a couple bigger fish that measured just over 17 inches. . . Looks like we have some warmer weather coming through for the next couple of days. This is just what we need to get this fishing going.
