Sunday, 8/5/07 Report

The day started very slowly, and it looked like we were in for another clunker, but as the day progressed, the fishing improved. We had a good pick of fish for the last couple of hours of the day, with the last drift being the best. There is alot of peanut bunker, spearing, and rainfish along the channel edges as well as the back bay, and most of the fluke that I filleted were loaded with them. Two people ended the day with their limit of Fluke, and a couple more with 7 keepers. Ended the day with between 100 and 110 keepers for the day.
